We have four 130 square foot therapy offices left in a newly renovated ten-unit therapy building at 2873 Mission Street, between 24th and 25th Streets. The offices can be also joined into a 260, 390, or 520 square foot suite. The building was built in 1923 and features 12 foot ceilings, huge windows, period moldings and doors, and skylights, and wide hallways. We just finished renovating to customize for quiet private office use, including: --Four layers of wallboard (including GreenGlue sound dampening compound) between adjoining offices, to reduce noise transmission. --Radiant heating, so that there are no air ducts to carry sound unit to unit, and so that each tenant can customize the temperature in each unit. --Each unit door features a keypad code lock to make subleasing easier to manage. --Discreet entry codes each tenant can give his or her client. The common areas feature a waiting room, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and art on the walls.
